- Resolution: We aim to investigate and resolve grievances within 30 days of acknowledgement. If a matter requires additional time due to its complexity, we will inform you of the delay and the expected timeline.
- Communication: You will be kept informed of the status of your grievance and the outcome of our review.
6. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you may:
- Request escalation to a senior partner of the firm for further review, or
- Where the grievance relates to the conduct of a Chartered Accountant in the course of professional services, raise the matter with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) through its applicable grievance/disciplinary mechanism, or
- Where the grievance relates to personal data protection and remains unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. No Retaliation
Raising a grievance in good faith will never adversely affect how you, your enquiry, or any existing engagement with our firm is treated. We are committed to addressing every concern on its merits, fairly and without prejudice.
8. Confidentiality of Grievances
Grievances are handled confidentially and shared only with those within our organization who need to be involved in investigating and resolving the matter.
